CANCELLATION POLICY

CP.1.01: While we try our best to honor cancellation requests, we are unable to guarantee orders can be canceled or changed.

 

CP.1.02: Orders are unable to be canceled after either the entire order or parts of the order, have been shipped out

 

CP.1.03: If an order has been packaged, and delayed due to no fault or choice of the fulfillment team (i.e. invalid addresses), we are unable to process any cancellations or order changes.

 

CP.2.01: 

PLEASE NOTE: IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED, ALL SUPPORT TICKETS WILL BE CLOSED (REFER TO REPLACEMENT POLICY RP.1.02 FOR MORE INFORMATION)

 

CP.2.02: Orders having already been held due to no fault or choice of the fulfillment team (i.e.invalid addresses, customer request to delay shipping), may not be canceled
